Hiley Automotive Group is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the Drive Lane flow and service operations. You will ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service and take ownership of the overall experience.

You will supervise technicians, answer technical questions, manage warranty claims, and uphold customer satisfaction scores while collaborating with management on staffing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane, ensuring prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer experience and uphold positive impressions.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians’ time is sold to service customers.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services and repairs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools.
• Oversee warranty claims administration and train supervisees in the service department.
• Reinforce company policies and standards; ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Maintain good relationships with factories and foster positive employee relations.
• Collaborate with upper management on hiring and discipline decisions.
