Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of the Drive Lane. Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by performing tasks that leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, by phone or in person.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
