Page Associates Inc. is a leading dealership seeking a friendly Service Advisor to greet customers, schedule appointments, and discuss vehicle maintenance needs. You will communicate with customers to identify mechanical issues and ensure accurate, timely repair orders.

The role requires strong customer service, organization, and knowledge of automotive maintenance procedures, with a focus on quality and compliance in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience as a service advisor or similar role in a dealership.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Schedule appointments using dealership-approved forms.
• Communicate with service customers to determine the nature of the mechanical problem.
• Provide estimates for labor and parts and seek customer approval.
• Explain additional work and costs to customers.
• Maintain CSI rating and standard hours per repair order.
• Follow regulations and ensure repair orders are documented.
• Close repair orders efficiently upon completion and update customers.
