You will supervise staff, train new members, prepare weekly schedules, manage inventory, and uphold safety standards while maintaining a clean, secure center. This role emphasizes leadership and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or service.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to build loyalty.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments under pressure.
• Experience using KPI data to monitor performance, trends and identify areas for improvement.
• Weekend availability likely; schedule flexibility.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and additional car maintenance services, educate guests on vehicle maintenance requirements.
• Supervise daily operations of the service center and train new team members.
• Build trust and win repeat customers by ensuring excellent customer service.
• Develop and maintain efficient weekly work schedules for employees.
• Assist with inventory processes and store audits (e.g. Safety, performance, culture).
• Open and close the service center, following safety and security protocols.
