Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is seeking an Assistant Service Center Manager in Johnstown, PA. You will lead a high-performance team, perform routine oil changes and maintenance, and train staff to deliver the quick, trusted Valvoline experience.

You will schedule staff, manage daily operations, monitor KPI data, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and policy compliance while building guest loyalty and trust.

Qualifications
