Job summary

Wings Credit Union seeks an Assistant Service Center Manager to partner with the Service Center Manager in Pueblo, CO, driving an outstanding member experience. You will coach staff, conduct reviews, and advance your leadership in operations management across daily service, sales, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead training, oversee budgeting, staff scheduling, and audits while fostering team engagement and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• 1+ years' management of staff or team leadership experience.
• Leadership and people management experience.
• Professional interpersonal relationship skills.
• Knowledge of Credit Union Policies, Procedures, and Audit requirements.
• Analytical thinking.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a team environment.
• Time management and delegation abilities.
• Experience using Jack Henry Symitar/Episys is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach staff with monthly coaching sessions and quarterly performance reviews.
• Supervise daily operations, lead staff meetings, assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
• Drive service and sales goals with targets, weekly meetings, and active member follow-up.
• Oversee training programs on products, service techniques, and security procedures; pursue internal and external development.
• Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and CFPB requirements; manage budgets, staffing, cash and center audits.
• Build relationships with members and staff; create weekly production plans and a collaborative environment.
• Provide consultative member service, explain features/benefits, and resolve issues and errors.
• Address performance issues with performance improvement plans and HR collaboration.
