Job summary

Wings Credit Union is seeking a Workforce Belonging and Engagement Partner in Colorado Springs to support career development, enhance team effectiveness, and respond to employee feedback. You will design and manage programs for onboarding, coaching, and culture, reflecting Wings’ Human First and One Team, Many Strengths values.

Working alongside leaders and teams, you’ll use Gallup Q12 insights to guide engagement plans and work with cross-functional partners to embed learning into everyday

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• PREFERRED: Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or similar relevant field.
• REQUIRED: 5+ years' combined experience in Human Resources, Development, Learning, Education, Member Service, curriculum delivery/development, career pathing/counseling, or related experience.
• PREFERRED: 1+ year experience in coaching individuals and/or teams through assessments or other developmental tools.

Responsibilities

• Support career development.
• Work with leaders and teams to improve team effectiveness and growth.
• Help leaders respond to employee feedback using Gallup Q12 results and other insights.
• Develop and lead in-person and virtual programs for onboarding, career development, coaching, culture, and belonging.
• Collaborate across Wings with Development, Wings University, and other partners to embed Wings’ values in tools and learning.
