• 7+ years combined experience in financial services; 5+ years selling business banking products; 5+ years developing business relationships in financial industry; 3+ years management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Bankers responsible for achieving individual and team production, revenue, volume, and market share objectives.
• Coach relationship management, prospecting, and banker effectiveness.
• Oversee market outreach, call planning, meetings, and coaching to build relationships and drive growth.
• Translate strategy into team priorities and guide execution with CRM and performance metrics.
• Ensure partnership with internal teams to support referrals and client engagement.
