Job summary

Wings Credit Union in Colorado Springs is seeking a Mortgage Loan Servicing Supervisor to support the Department Manager in overseeing the Mortgage Loan Servicing team and ensuring timely handling of member requests on first mortgages, construction, land and employee loans.

You will monitor workflows, assist with training, and drive process improvements while aligning with department goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 1+ years supervisory or team leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Mortgage Loan Servicing operations and staff workload.
• Respond to member questions regarding guidelines and regulatory interpretations.
• Coach and develop staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist with process improvements and compliance with BSA requirements.
