NSG Group/Pilkington is seeking an Operations Manager for Auto Glass Replacement to lead a Service Center, oversee staff, inventory, and safety processes, and grow key client relationships in North America. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high service quality and financial performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational leadership for the Service Center, partnering with Supply Chain, HR, Procurement, Quality, Safety and Finance.
• Drive safety-first culture and service quality, employee engagement, and MOP profitability.
• Manage staffing, training, and performance reviews; oversee budget and inventory controls.
• Meet annual operational and financial goals and ensure KPI targets are achieved.
