You will own branch performance, customer satisfaction, and team development, driving safety, accountability, and service excellence.

The role oversees a multi-disciplinary team, with a focus on operational leadership, budget management, and long-term profitability in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in branch/service center/operations or field service management.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and operational performance.
• Experience managing customer relationships and service excellence.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the service center.
• Own and manage the location's P&L and drive profitability.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service excellence.
• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure OSHA compliance.
