You will lead day‑to‑day warehouse and delivery operations to ensure the right glass is delivered safely, on time, and in perfect condition, serving as the operational backbone of the location. The role emphasizes safety, adherence to JSOX/QMS, labor optimization, and flawless execution of 48 Critical Success Processes, with focus on cost control, staffing, and continuous

Qualifications

Extensive Distribution/Logistics experience and knowledge.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with SAP.
Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
BS/BA degree and 5+ years supervisory experience or 10+ years supervisory experience without degree.
