Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5 years management experience in Mobile Glass Services.
• Strong retail sales experience and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the assigned market to drive sales and profitability.
• Meet or exceed sales and profit goals.
• Maintain a premier customer experience and high satisfaction levels.
• Ensure quality of installations and collaborate with accounts to uphold service standards.
• Recruit, coach, train, and manage a 15–20 person team across locations.
• Partner with Store Managers and technicians to remove obstacles and share best practices.
• Set deliverables and monitor progress aligned with company culture and KPIs.
• Ensure adherence to Tire Discounters policies and procedures.
• Develop product line strategies from concept to market release.
• Manage inventory, orders, and routing for peak efficiency.
• Foster a cohesive team effort toward company goals.
• Schedule management and assignment of work orders; optimize mobile routing.
• Cover duties as needed to ensure seamless operations.
• Inspect installations per AGRSS standards and ensure safety.
