Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience required.
• Automotive or service retail management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and drive sales performance.
• Own and manage center P&L, labor, parts, and expenses.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing service team.
• Ensure safety, OSHA compliance, and facility readiness.
