Job summary

Grease-Monkey in Fort Lupton, CO seeks a Center Manager to lead daily operations of our service center. You will drive customer experience, manage P&L, and coach a team of technicians and staff to deliver top service and sales performance.

This hands-on leadership role combines shop floor activity with strategic oversight of safety, scheduling, inventory, and KPI attainment, while building relationships with fleet accounts and the local community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Automotive or service retail management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, cost control, and revenue growth strategies.
• Experience in a high-volume, customer-facing environment.
• Comfortable using POS systems, scheduling tools, and standard business software.
