Job summary

High Voltage Maintenance Corporation in Dayton, OH, seeks an experienced manager to provide business, managerial, and technical direction to the Service Center and supervise Business Administrators, Field Engineers, and Technicians.

The role involves scheduling work, liaising with customers, reviewing proposals and contracts, and ensuring compliance with safety policies and company procedures across field operations.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication, supervisory, organizational and management skills.
• Communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with clients and peers.
• Willing to work flexible hours and occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily schedules for Field Engineers and Technicians.
• Review proposals and reports for field personnel.
• Develop, prepare, and close proposals to obtain orders and sales goals.
• Review contracts and audit field jobs for compliance.
• Provide technical support to field personnel and sales engineers.
• Coordinate weekly invoicing and monthly status reports with admin.
• Interview job applicants and schedule training for field staff.
• Promote new business with Sales Team and GM; ensure safety policies.
