Job summary

Roadrunner Freight is seeking an Interim Service Center Manager to lead dock, P&D, linehaul, OS&D, and customer service in Dallas, TEXAS. You will drive operational efficiency, service quality, safety, and profitability while building a high-performing team.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1–2+ years in transportation leadership, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and AS/400. Onsite role with travel as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–2+ years of leadership experience in transportation, logistics, or terminal operations.
• Ability to analyze operational data, interpret performance metrics, and drive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop service center employees and operational leaders.
• Oversee daily operations across dock operations, pickup & delivery, linehaul coordination, OS&D, and customer service.
• Analyze revenue, labor, routing, claims, and service performance; forecast needs and identify efficiency improvements.
