Atlas Copco Group is seeking a Service Center Manager to lead daily operations at our service center in Arlington, TX. You will own order processing, warranty claims, and inventory while shaping regional growth and service strategies.

You will mentor a results-driven team, drive process improvements, and ensure alignment with corporate targets and standards. Expect active leadership, stakeholder engagement, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year degree in a technical or management discipline.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven budget management, KPI achievement and process improvement.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Atlas Copco fastening tools, torque theory and fastening processes.
• Ability to travel up to 10% locally.

Responsibilities

• Lead service center team to achieve goals and drive initiatives.
• Oversee order processing, warranty claims and inventory management.
