Roadrunner is seeking a Service Center Manager to lead teams and coordinate cross-functional operations in Milwaukee, WI. The role focuses on optimizing dock, P&D, linehaul, and admin activities while driving customer satisfaction and profitability.

The ideal candidate will transform operations, coach frontline leaders, and partner with customers to solve problems in real time, ensuring safety and service quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–2+ years of leadership experience in transportation, logistics, or terminal operations.
• Experience managing multi-function operations (dock, P&D, linehaul, admin).
• Strong financial and operational acumen with cost-revenue levers.
• Experience hiring, developing, and leading frontline teams.
• Ability to analyze data and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing service center with coaching and culture.
• Oversee daily operations across dock, pickup & delivery, linehaul, OS&D, and customer service.
• Analyze revenue, labor, routing, claims and service performance.
• Forecast needs and optimize operations for efficiency and service quality.
• Partner with customers, Account Managers, contractors and drivers.
• Resolve escalations quickly and professionally.
