Job summary

Auto Plus in Sugar Land, TX is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to support the service and tire team under the Store Service Manager. You will assist with customer care, work orders, POS, and drive service sales across labor, parts, tires, and fleet.

Join a team focused on shop productivity, safety, and efficient store operations. Requirements include a high school diploma and 1 year of automotive service experience; valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of automotive service experience preferred.
• One year of automotive service sales experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Basic math to calculate commissions and discounts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in customer care, work orders and register assistance.
• Handle POS transactions and inventory procedures.
• Support service sales goals for labor, parts, tires, and fleet.
• Train and coach advisers on the Customer Care Process and CVIs.
