Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment in the service bay.
• Basic math and cash-handling; comfortable using point-of-sale and inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible hours including weekends and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Coach, train, and motivate technicians and service advisors.
• Schedule team to cover peak hours and busy seasons.
• Onboard and train new team members on procedures and POS.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and presentable shop environment.
• Monitor daily sales, productivity, and KPIs.
