DCH Academy Honda, part of Lithia & Driveway, is hiring cashiers for its Service Department in New Jersey. Earn $16.00–$18.00 per hour with full-time or part-time shifts and Saturday availability required.

The role emphasizes customer-centric service, accurate payments, and professional interaction with the Service Advisor team. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a customer-facing role, strong attention to detail, and a courteous, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an administrative, customer-facing role.
• Dealership experience preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Courteous and professional communication.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers arriving to the Service Department.
• Schedule service appointments by phone, email or in person.
• Maintain desk and service lounge cleanliness and appearance.
• Process payments for appointments (cash and/or card).
• Coordinate with Service Advisor and Warranty teams; handle other clerical duties.
