Job summary

Planet Honda is now hiring Service Receptionists at Lithia Motors. Pay is $16 to $20 per hour, full-time with Saturday and evening availability required.

You will greet customers, answer calls, maintain the desk and service lounge, and coordinate with the Service Advisor and Warranty teams. We value detail-oriented, customer-focused professionals with 2+ years in admin or front-desk roles; dealership experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative, customer-facing role.
• Dealership experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Courteous and professional communication skills.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all customers arriving to the Service Department in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Answer all incoming phone calls according to company policies and in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of desk and service lounge.
• Regularly interact with Service Advisor and Warranty team to ensure customers' needs are addressed and met.
• Other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

Total Rewards

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $20.00 per hour. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
