Lithia Honda in Medford, OR is seeking experienced Service Technicians to join our team and help deliver Auto Done Easy for customers. This evergreen posting allows you to express interest for future opportunities and join our talent community for consideration as positions become available.

Responsibilities include diagnosing malfunctions, performing repairs to Lithia and manufacturer standards, road-testing vehicles, documenting work, maintaining tools, and pursuing ASE certifications.

Formación

• Prior automotive technician experience required.
• Honda dealership experience preferred.
• Sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and reliability.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new software.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and repair vehicles.
• Perform work per repair orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Road-test vehicles to verify quality of repairs.
• Record time and document procedures on repair orders.
• Maintain organized workspace and proper tool inventory.
• Complete required training and pursue ASE/manufacturer certifications.
