ColonialWebb Contractors Company is seeking a Service Billing Specialist in Richmond, VA to ensure service work orders are reviewed, processed, and invoiced accurately and on time. You will validate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontract costs, create precise invoice documentation, and resolve billing discrepancies.

Responsibilities include collaborating with technicians, coordinators, managers, vendors, and customers, monitoring billing queues and aging work orders, and maintaining

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years of billing, accounting, or related experience preferred in construction/service trades.
• Familiarity with billing terms, work orders, labor billing, PO, and job costing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to research and resolve billing issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook) and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare service work orders for billing.
• Verify labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Create accurate invoice documentation and process customer billing requirements.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and exceptions.
• Collaborate with technicians, coordinators, managers, vendors, and customers.
• Monitor billing queues, reports, and aging work orders.
• Maintain billing records and supporting documentation.
• Support other administrative and operational functions as needed.
