Job summary

ColonialWebb Contractors Company is looking for an experienced and friendly Service Coordinator for their Building Service team in Chantilly, Virginia. The role involves optimizing workflows, coordinating maintenance and repair services, and acting as a liaison between clients and technicians.

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination or project management with service contractors preferred.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems is advantageous.
• Ability to handle flexible hours and occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedules for 10-15 Service Technicians and meet with supervisors weekly.
• Schedule customer Technician visits and manage communication.
• Dispatch appropriate Technicians for service and repairs.
• Assist with service phone line and issue work orders.
• Create purchase orders and track material shipments.
• Respond professionally to knowledge requests or service calls.

Skills

Service coordination or project management experience

General understanding of HVAC equipment and systems

Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime

Ability to make informed decisions

Ability to perform multiple activities accurately

Ability to maintain calm under pressure
