Job summary

ColonialWebb is seeking a Service Billing Specialist to review, process, and invoice service work orders accurately. You will verify costs, prepare documentation, and resolve billing discrepancies while working with technicians, coordinators, managers, vendors, and customers.

You will support the billing process, maintain records, and help ensure work orders meet company standards and SOPs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in billing, accounting, customer service, or administrative support.
• Familiarity with labor billing, purchase orders, and job costing preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare service work orders for billing.
• Verify labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Create accurate invoice documentation and process customer billing requirements.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and exceptions.
• Collaborate with technicians, coordinators, managers, vendors, and customers.
• Monitor billing queues, reports, and aging work orders.
• Maintain billing records and supporting documentation.
• Support other administrative and operational functions as needed.
