ColonialWebb Contractors Company is seeking a Service Billing Specialist in Richmond, VA to ensure service work orders are reviewed, processed, and invoiced accurately and on time. You will validate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontract costs, create precise invoice documentation, and resolve billing discrepancies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years of billing, accounting, or related experience preferred in construction/service trades.
• Familiarity with billing terms, work orders, labor billing, PO, and job costing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to research and resolve billing issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook) and good communication skills.

This position is responsible for validating labor, materials, equipment, subcontract, and other billable costs; preparing clear and accurate invoices; resolving billing issues; and partnering with technicians, coordinators, managers, vendors, and customers to support the billing process.
