Job summary

JMG Security Systems, INC. is seeking a Service Billing Coordinator to support the VP of Operations and Dispatch team in billing, invoicing, and data tracking. The role requires processing service tickets, pricing, and accurate data entry for ongoing projects.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of security industry experience. California BSIS Alarm Company registration is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year’s hands-on experience in the security industry.
• Must have or be able to pass Alarm Company Employee registration requirements per California BSIS.
• Must be an effective communicator of project status and able to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Receives completed service tickets and determines billable items, then prepares invoices.
• Produces pricing for all service tickets and creates invoices for billable tickets.
• Enters non-billable information into warranty report.
• Assists pricing information for field technicians requesting quotes on complex service requests.
• Assist technicians who need pricing information for quotes within the hour.
• Provides back-up support for NOTT/Trouble Report, dispatch calls, and special projects.
