• Billing and accounts receivable experience.
• Proficient with Excel for data entry, tracking and reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail in processing orders, quotes, invoices, and records.
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours, including weekends.
• High school diploma required.

Responsabilités

• Match purchase orders to records and process receipts.
• Prepare and process billing for AR customers and service invoices.
• Assist with dispatching calls to technicians and communicate service requests.
• Answer calls, take messages, and dispatch information to team members.
• Maintain accurate customer records using internal systems.
• Provide ETAs and updates to customers and internal teams.
• Apply ROEs to process work orders and update systems.
• Coordinate fulfillment with managers, technicians, and administrators.
• Review and approve service work orders with managers.
• Monitor non-payment and assist credit department with past-due invoices.
• Meet deadlines for billing, documentation, and follow-up.
• Perform additional duties to support service and billing operations.
