Columbus Motor Company is seeking a Service BDC Agent to schedule service appointments and provide information to customers about their scheduled service. You will maintain contact to ensure a positive customer experience and notify customers when parts and service are ready.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of previous call center or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Valid in-state driver’s license.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Communication skills: collaborate, interpret, and convey information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule service appointments.
• Verify customer and vehicle information and service needs.
• Conduct 24-hour reminder calls for all service appointments.
• Demonstrate knowledge of dealership products and services.
• Contact internet customers regarding service inquiries or requests.
• Complete call sheets for Service Manager feedback.
