Job summary

Frank Boucher Imports of Racine is seeking a Service BDC Representative to support a busy service department. You will handle inbound calls, schedule service appointments, manage warranty documentation, and coordinate with Service Advisors and the Parts Department.

You will also assist customers via chat, email, and phone. Candidates should demonstrate outstanding customer service, strong communication, and the ability to learn vendor portals quickly.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with strong communication.
• Ability to learn vendor programs/portals quickly.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Drug testing required.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule incoming calls for service appointments.
• Warranty documentation & administration.
• Maintain the service appointment scheduling calendar with Service Advisors and Parts Department.
• Answer customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
• Follow up on declined services; schedule follow-up appointments.
• Proactively contact existing customers to set up required service/recall appointments.
• Follow up with customers on ordered or back-ordered parts and scheduling.
