Job summary

Fowler Toyota of Tulsa in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Service BDC Agent to act as a liaison between the dealership and customers, focusing on maximizing service appointments via phone, email, text and chat. You will support managers and technicians by administering customer relations programs designed to build and retain loyalty.

Ideal candidates have excellent phone skills, strong communication, and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills and comfortable with using a computer system.
• Valid driver's license and MVR acceptable to our Insurance Carrier.

Responsibilities

• Assist in generating and posting reports and logs of incoming calls for service appointments.
• Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, email, text and chat.
• Collect basic demographic information about customers and use dealership systems to document interactions.
• Prepare and post daily appointment reports and communicate missed opportunities to management.
• Work in a team environment to provide customers a top level experience.
