Job summary

Lancaster County Motors is seeking an Automotive Service BDC Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, scheduling service appointments and following up on leads. You will keep customers informed, answer questions, and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.

The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and proficient with phones and emails, with a valid driver’s license and comfort using a computer.

Love talking to people and staying organized? Join our team and help keep our service department running strong! As our Service BDC Rep, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—setting appointments, answering questions, and making sure no opportunity slips through the cracks.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Answering incoming calls and booking service appointments
• Following up with customers (missed visits, reminders, leads)
• Helping customers get the answers they need
• Keeping everything organized in our scheduling system
• Jumping in to resolve concerns or getting the right person involved

Position Requirements
