Job summary

Lancaster County Motors Subaru is seeking a Service BDC Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, booking service appointments, answering questions, and ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.

You will handle calls and emails, follow up on missed visits and leads, keep the scheduling system organized, and work with the service team to resolve customer concerns in a friendly, proactive manner.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and follow through.
• Comfortable using a computer.
• Must have a valid driverflicense.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls and booking service appointments
• Following up with customers (missed visits, reminders, leads)
• Helping customers get the answers they need
• Keeping everything organized in our scheduling system
• Jumping in to resolve concerns or getting the right person involved
