Rafferty Subaru in Newtown Square, PA is seeking an Automotive Service BDC Representative to be the friendly voice behind our service department, handling calls, scheduling appointments, and guiding customers through service inquiries.

In this full-time role you will support service advisors, coordinate visits, and educate customers on recommended maintenance, contributing to high customer satisfaction and strong NPS scores.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a BDC, dealership, or customer service role.
• Familiarity with automotive service or Subaru vehicles is a plus.
• Excellent phone and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely, friendly manner.
• Schedule service appointments using Subaru's dealer management systems.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and follow ups.
• Collaborate with service advisors, parts and managers to coordinate customer visits efficiently.
• Educate customers about recommended maintenance.
• Keep accurate records of customer communications and service interactions.
• Help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and NPS scores.
