Job summary

Gordie Boucher Ford of West Bend is seeking a Service BDC Representative to support our busy service department. You will receive and schedule service appointments, coordinate with Service Advisors and the Parts/Rental Department, and respond to customer inquiries by chat, email, and phone.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication abilities
• Basic Windows Office knowledge
• Ability to learn vendor programs/portals quickly
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and able to multi-task
• Drug testing required

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule incoming calls for service appointments
• Maintain the service appointment scheduling calendar while coordinating with Service Advisors and the Parts / Rental Department
• Answer customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
• Follow up on customer declined services; schedule follow-up appointments for services not performed
• Proactively contact existing customers to set up required service and/or recall appointments
• Follow up with customers on all ordered or back-ordered parts while scheduling for receiving
