Job summary

Gordie Boucher Ford of West Bend is seeking an entry-level Service BDC Representative to support the busy service department. You will receive and schedule service appointments, maintain the calendar, and respond to customers via chat, email, and phone.

The ideal candidate has excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to learn vendor programs quickly. No prior dealership experience is required; training is provided, and benefits are offered.

• Ability to learn vendor programs/portals quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule incoming calls for service appointments.
• Maintain the service appointment scheduling calendar and coordinate with Service Advisors and Parts/Rental Dept.
• Answer customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
• Follow up on declined services and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Proactively contact existing customers to set up required service/recall appointments.
• Follow up with customers on ordered/back-ordered parts while scheduling deliveries.
