Job summary

Gordie Boucher Ford of Menomonee Falls is seeking an entry-level Service BDC Representative to handle scheduling and customer inquiries for the service department in Wisconsin. Responsibilities include receiving calls, maintaining calendars, and coordinating with Advisors and Parts/Rental teams to ensure smooth service operations.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to learn new software quickly.

Qualifications

• Must have the highest level of customer service.
• Strong communication skills and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic working knowledge of Windows Office and ability to learn vendor programs quickly.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule incoming calls for service appointments.
• Maintain the service appointment scheduling calendar and coordinate with Service Advisors and Parts/Rental Department.
• Answer customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
• Follow up on declined services and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Proactively contact existing customers to set up required service and recall appointments.
• Follow up with customers on ordered or back-ordered parts and schedule receiving.
