Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and confident phone presence.
• Ability to multitask and stay productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems.
• Automotive or dealership experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications by phone, text, email, and online chat.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Perform follow-up and customer retention activities to encourage repeat business.
• Provide professional, courteous, and consistent customer service during every interaction.
• Listen to customer concerns and connect customers with the appropriate department when needed.
• Work closely with Service Advisors, Parts, and other dealership departments to support a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity within the dealership’s systems.
• Follow established BDC processes, procedures, and communication standards while meeting performance goals.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
