Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications by phone, text, email, and online chat.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Perform follow-up and customer retention activities to encourage repeat business.
• Provide professional, courteous, and consistent customer service during every interaction.
• Listen to customer concerns and connect customers with the appropriate department when needed.
• Work closely with Service Advisors, Parts, and other departments to support a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate customer information within the dealership’s systems.
• Follow BDC processes and meet performance and customer service goals.
• Maintain a positive, professional, team-oriented work environment.
