Jim Keras Automotive Group seeks a motivated Customer Experience Representative to join our in-house Business Development Center. You will handle inbound/outbound communications, schedule service appointments, and deliver a professional, positive Jim Keras experience with every interaction.

This fast-paced role requires dependable, goal-oriented individuals with strong communication skills and a valid driver's license. Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications by phone, text, email, and online chat.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Perform follow-up and customer retention activities to encourage repeat business.
• Provide professional, courteous, and consistent customer service during every interaction.
• Listen to customer concerns and connect customers with the appropriate department when needed.
• Work closely with Service Advisors, Parts, and other departments to support a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity within the dealership's systems.
• Follow established BDC processes and meet performance, productivity, and customer service goals.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
