You will handle inbound/outbound communications, schedule service appointments, and ensure a professional, positive customer experience with every interaction.

This fast-paced role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and strong communication. Training is provided, a high school diploma and valid driver's license are required, and Saturday shifts are remote

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications by phone, text, email, and online chat.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Perform follow-up and customer retention activities to encourage repeat business.
• Provide professional, courteous, and consistent customer service during every interaction.
• Listen to customer concerns and provide accurate information or connect customers with the appropriate department when needed.
• Work closely with Service Advisors, Parts, and other dealership departments to support a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate and complete customer information and activity within the dealership’s systems.
• Follow established BDC processes, procedures, and communication standards while meeting established performance, productivity, and customer service goals.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
