You will be the first contact for service customers, answering inbound calls, assisting with questions, and scheduling appointments to create a seamless service experience.

This role requires excellent communication, strong computer skills, and a customer-first mindset. You will work with the BDC Director, Service Advisors, and support staff to ensure a smooth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience required; call center or appointment-setting experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound service calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Build strong relationships with customers and create a positive first impression.
• Identify customer needs and schedule service appointments efficiently.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to support retention and appointment setting.
• Help address customer questions before their appointment, including timing, estimated costs, and general service concerns.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and help ensure customers are prepared for their visit.
• Work closely with the BDC Director, Service Advisors, Service Managers, and support staff to deliver a smooth customer experience.
