Job summary

Audi of Nashville, part of the Sonic Automotive family, is seeking a Service BDC Associate to schedule and generate service appointments and deliver a premium customer experience. This role uses lead management tools and works with service, parts, and sales to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Utilize reporting tools to see upcoming service and bulletin information for BMW clients in our market.
• Contact clients to assist with scheduling for maintenance, recalls, or repairs.
• Respond to phone and internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Work interdepartmentally with service, parts, and sales to ensure quality customer service for all clients.
• Generate service appointments and conduct appropriate follow up for “no-shows.”
• Act as a service concierge for all clients when they arrive and while they wait for their repairs to be completed.
• Effectively utilize lead management tools and software, including CDK, X-Time, and DealerLogix.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction, and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers.
