Job summary

HW Kia of West County is seeking a Service BDC Representative / Rental Department Coordinator to be the first contact for service customers and support daily service operations, including rental coordination.

We value exceptional customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Automotive service experience is a plus, and growth opportunities exist within our growing dealership.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, texts, and emails
• Follow up with customers regarding maintenance recommendations and declined services
• Assist with customer retention and service marketing campaigns
• Coordinate rental vehicle reservations, check-outs, and returns
• Communicate with service advisors to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Monitor and manage transportation needs for service customers
• Maintain accurate customer and rental records
• Help drive service department growth through consistent customer follow-up

Key Responsibilities include:
