We have a Rental Associate and Customer Representative position available! The available shift is Monday through Friday -7:00am-3:00pm

What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist all incoming customers and vehicles in the Service Lane
• Schedule service appointments efficiently
• Help write repair orders, with a focus on New Car Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs)
• Manage the loaner fleet -Make sure that loaners are clean, prepped, and generate loaner vehicle agreements for customers
• Handle after sale, due in deal items for customers
• Deliver outstanding customer service all day
