Job summary

Kia and CDJR of Fort Myers is seeking a motivated Business Development Center Service Coordinator to join our team. You will handle all incoming service calls, confirm appointments, and perform follow-up to reschedule no-shows.

We offer full-time work with health, dental and vision insurance, retirement benefits, and employee discounts. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong computer skills, and the ability to multi-task under pressure; bi-lingual is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and direct them to the appropriate dealership resource.
• Answer service questions and schedule service appointments for customers over the phone.
• Place outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up with no-shows to reschedule.
• Respond quickly to internet and phone inquiries with follow-up calls and emails.
• Keeping positive relationships with teammates, service teams and dealership management.
