Job summary

Cerritos Nissan is seeking a Service BDC Representative to join our team in Cerritos, CA. You will oversee CRM databases, handle daily service calls, and schedule appointments using a proven script while collaborating with the BDC, Service & Parts Managers, and Service Advisors to maintain excellent customer relationships.

The role requires strong communication, team spirit, and a proactive approach to handling online leads, emails, and phone inquiries with professionalism and timely responses.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented with strong communication and teamwork.
• Excellent interpersonal communication; customer-focused.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Active, enthusiastic, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CRM databases for communication cycles with customers.
• Handle incoming Service Department calls daily with a pre-set script and schedule appointments.
• Collaborate with BDC, Service & Parts Managers, and Service Advisors to maintain customer relationships.
• Educate self on latest service offerings, including pricing.
• Generate appointments and quotes via proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management.
• Handle all incoming internet email and phone leads.
• Respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner.
• Interact with customers via daily phone calls (call center style).
• Check email frequently and respond to inquiries promptly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CRM databases for communication cycles with customers

• Work in conjunction with the BDC, Service & Parts Managers, and Service Advisors to create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers.
• Educate self on latest service and product offerings, including pricing
• Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
• Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
• Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
• Prepared to interact with customers via phone calls every day (similar to call center processes)
• Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
