Job summary

Cerritos Nissan is seeking a Service BDC Representative to join our team in Cerritos, CA. You will manage CRM communications, respond to service inquiries, and schedule appointments through scripted calls and outbound prospecting.

You will work closely with the Service, Parts, and BDC teams to educate yourself on offerings and pricing, generate quotes, and maintain excellent customer relationships daily. This is a full-time on-site position with growth opportunities and a strong focus on

Responsibilities

• Oversee CRM databases for communication cycles with customers.
• Handle incoming Service Department calls on a daily basis with a pre-set script and schedule service appointments.
• Collaborate with the BDC, Service & Parts Managers, and Service Advisors to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Educate self on latest service and product offerings, including pricing.
• Generate appointments and quotes via proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market to potential customers.
• Respond to all incoming internet/email leads and internet phone leads.

• Prepared to interact with customers via phone calls every day (similar to call center processes)
• Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
